As middle aged male, I know ALL too well about how hard it is to lose that extra weight we tend to carry around our belly area. What I really liked about this book, was how the author gives all the information in such a straightforward fashion. His tips about clenching your gut while doing exercises was a great point. By doing this, I could really notice a difference in how my abs felt when I was working out.
